Ryan represented me in a personal injury lawsuit.  I was involved in Car accident. When Ryan first met me, he gave me a free consultation and answered all of my questions. Ryan saw an angle and after some deliberation decided to take me on as a client. I’m very glad he did, as about a year later the case settled for an extraordinary amount thanks to Ryan’s efforts.

In terms of work style, he’s extremely hard-working and conscientious, all while maintaining a good sense of humour. He thoroughly researched my case and also made some crucial discoveries, the kind of which seemed more attributable to a private investigator than a lawyer.

Mr Ryan was always there to answer them. Even after we settled our case, the office continued to take our calls and help us.  That was way more than we had ever expected.

If I EVER got into trouble, or someone I know, I would not hesitate to suggest to any of my friends, to let this office handle their situation

My oldest son, a Kent State student, died in a tragic and senseless hit and run electric scooter accident several years ago. This accident was publicized since it occurred near Kent State University near Kent Main campus in Kent, Ohio. During the discovery phase of the investigation and throughout the entire investigation of the accident, I was unable to gain any information from the prosecutor and the police since I needed legal representation. Tom Ryan Injury Attorneys allowed me to gain more information of the accident that I was unable to do alone. Not only was Tom extremely professional during the course of the entire police investigation, but he was also very responsive to my inquiries, and I found him very competent in personal injury law as it related to this hit-and-run case. I highly recommend him!

Tom Ryan with Ryan, LLP represented my daughter who was in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault. Two weeks after the accident, we received correspondence from lawyers representing the hospital stating that we were liable for payment of all charges. Two weeks after that, we received correspondence from the other drivers insurance who wanted us to sign a settlement prior to receiving all the hospital bills. In an effort to make sure we were not being taken advantage of and liable for hospital bills that should be paid by the insurance company, we sent the correspondence to Tom and he handled everything from there. He worked with the lawyers, both insurance companies and the hospital to make sure everything was paid by the responsible party. He ensured that my daughter was treated fairly and was compensated for the physical and emotional aspects which she endured after the accident. He was professional, extremely responsive and most importantly an advocate for my daughter. I highly recommend Tom Ryan should you need an injury attorney.

Thomas Ryan is a very smart, sincere, and professional attorney. His knowledge of the legal system is extensive and case preparation is well above average. I felt confident in his abilities and credentials. He is very approachable and forthright. He was always responsive (never more than an hour or so would go by without a follow up to my voicemail or e-mail) and made himself available whenever I had questions, which was often outside of regular business hours. He helped me win a landlord-tenant case, which went on for an extended period of time. I won not only the original claim against me, but also the counterclaim against the landlord, which Tom recommended I file. Separately, he also gave me great legal advice on estate planning and wills for my parents. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was involved in a car accident. I was rear-ended while stopped at a light. The insurance company for the other driver wouldn’t even pay for all of my medical bills. Tom got involved, got my medical bills paid and also some money extra. He was fantastic. Answered all of my questions. Was always available and returned all of my phone calls. He made the whole process bearable.

I called Tom to consult with him after a family member’s untimely death. Tom has a genuine caring and professional demeanor. He reflected upon and understood my questions and points of view. He provided clear, concise explanations and answers. Most importantly I appreciated his expertise in matters that are intricate and cross over multiple areas of law (personal injury, health insurance and billing, subrogation negotiation, probate processes, wrongful death versus survival claims) and how all of these things work together. He gave insightful ethical and sound advice that proved very useful. He was reasonable with fees and generous with his time. I want to state that I had a medical injury caused by a medical facility, and as the injury progressed, my wife and I felt it was important to proceed with legal action against the facility. Since we lived in a different state from the state of injury, I needed to find an attorney in that state who would handle my request. I connected with the law firm of Ryan Injury Lawyers, Cleveland, and my wife and I met with Thomas Ryan. After explaining the case, he stated it was something he could handle, and my wife and I agreed to hire his firm. The case took three years to reach a resolution, and during that time period, the interaction with Thomas Ryan and Daniel Ryan was exemplary. Most of my interaction was with Thomas Ryan, and he performed a tremendous amount of research to gather facts regarding this type of injury. He did not hesitate to do whatever research was necessary to help us. Both he and Daniel Ryan were working diligently for us against the defendant. Both Tom and Dan would not be intimidated by the defendant, and presented many contradictory actions against the defendants wrongful claims. My wife and I are very grateful for the work performed by this law firm, and they helped us tremendously in reaching a settlement agreement. Thomas P Ryan came highly recommended to me! It turned out to be a great recommendation. I was an out-of-state defendant in a case re contracts. He quickly grasped the essence of a new field, planned a response, and won the case!!! He listened to his client and made me feel involved in what we were doing. He had clarity and patience as he explained how and why he had shaped my defense….. and took us to the offense! Tom represented me in a defamation lawsuit. I had been representing myself as the defendant, but as the litigation became more complex it was clear that I would need to seek professional representation. I contacted Tom Ryan and he was immediately put at ease with his knowledge and understanding of defamation law. In a very short period of time, Tom submitted a Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim. The lawsuit was successfully dismissed with prejudice, putting an end to entire ordeal. Tom was recommended to my by another attorney and that referral ended up being fortuitous. Through Tom’s tireless case law research, negotiations skills and determination to see the lawsuit to the end, I was very satisfied with the final result in my fight against a former employer. Tom’s legal advise was always balanced giving me both the advantages and disadvantages for various courses of action and he kept me grounded in reality.
