Elizabeth FitzGerald is a trial attorney at Ryan Injury Attorneys in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a Board Certified Civil Trial Law Advocate, a distinction awarded by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She graduated cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Commitment to Advocacy

After completing her undergraduate degree, Elizabeth spent a year volunteering with Caritas Legal Services at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Antonio. There she provided legal support to individuals in need and developed the deep commitment to advocacy that drives her legal practice today. That experience reinforced her belief that everyone deserves strong, dedicated legal representation regardless of their circumstances.

Law School Achievement

During law school, Elizabeth was a member of the Moot Court Team, where she honed her skills in appellate advocacy and oral argument. She also participated in the Wrongful Conviction Clinic, investigating claims of wrongful conviction and witnessing firsthand the critical importance of thorough, dedicated legal representation.

Trial Experience

Throughout law school, Elizabeth worked with Ryan Injury Attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. She assisted in numerous trials, developing a thorough understanding of case strategy, trial preparation, and client advocacy. That foundation gives her the confidence and skill to take cases to trial when necessary to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
