Christmas Day has passed days ago and several news coverage has delivered significant Christmas Eve and Christmas Day crash reports which almost summed up National Safety Council’s (NSC) estimation based from previous years’ recorded cases of such in the same period of observation. Most have sustained injuries and fatalities recorded across all age group from infants up to people within their 60’s, but is more than 45% lesser than preceding years’ records which somehow alleviate some worries from safety federal agencies on this upcoming New Year holiday.

According to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), aggressive driving is described as the set of behavior of a road user who disregard committing traffic offenses to an extent where she/she would endanger other road users and/or individuals’ lives or property. It is a general knowledge that an aggressive driving is a moving and thinking threat for us, other road user and distinguishing one is easy and is imperative to immediately avoid that specific driver because of our road experience. As normal drivers, when we get behind the steering wheel, we thought of heavy responsibility of safety and accountability while on contrary, aggressive drivers don’t and render surrounding road users to be less safe and inflict mental and morale damage.

There is no telling when does a car accident would occur and this fact alone is scary enough and addition of the real accident numbers. Every teens dreamt of driving during night to make fun on the streets with their friends and get wild or do things that makes them who they are without watching them and getting scolded at or purposely go out at night to meet their person riding on a car, which most of us adults have experienced either one of that back then. We meant it, it had caused some serious problems on our parents’ ends and has never let us do those type of things again and up to these days, teens’ night time driving has received multiple backlash because of its involvedment in headlines for being linked to car crashes.

In cities, where all types of things move so fast that no one could notice that it has moved from place to another. Cars in busy roads and even not so busy roads are a lot and may cause multiple events, either bad or good outcomes. Even with the smallest detail in a road could cause an accident, this doesn’t excuse a manhole. A manhole could potentially be a risk and a presence of hazard along road when goes crooked and may obstruct a car or may be ran over by a car and may cause a form of car accident. Manhole can become loose due to heavy cars’ vibration while they pass the road and they are usually left unchecked oftentimes as they are given less attention as they are just covers to be frank.
