The construction industry has been known as the most dangerous occupation as well as work space among all working industry since it has the highest fatality rate regarding occupation-related deaths and injuries as its work place possesses dangerous equipments and materials which are sharp, heavy, and blunt that makes any unexperienced and amateur workers without properly informed about its usage and entailed danger when mishandled to sustain significant injuries, its working surface and terrain as well, in its spectrum, follows high fatality rate caused by falling, trip, and slips.

Road accidents has various reasons for it to occur such as speed, location of the accident, road and weather condition, time, human and mechanical errors, these factors can also contribute to how much estimated damage that the accident will deal. There are only two outcomes following an accident that people will sustain: minor injuries and major injuries.

In house construction industry, the field is divided into many parts where they have completely different work to achieve and get their work done effectively by assignment of workers such as: excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipments for digging and arrangement of the general landscape of residency, masons who are workers that are good at doing the framework of the residency, and the carpenters and painters who are the master of finishing and refining the house by putting up details and color to the residency.

Electrocution on every spaces that has electricity involved has gave enough warning and safety measures on what to do in order to avoid such event, even in households where has an even risk of electrocution. The existence of risk of eletrocution in house is alarming and taken huge attention from safety agencies that there was an integration of countermeasures in work places in these past few years. The Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI), that even with today’s countermeasures for electrocution in workplaces where workers are provided with proper personal protective equipment (PPEs) and more coherrent instructions, there were 166 reported electric fatalities in 2019.

In this modern world, tall buildings are now possible to be built within few months because modern construction industry is equipped and provided with different kinds of equipments, tools, and machineries to be of an assistance for humanly inadequancies and inabilities to perform these said tasks lacking of human, quicker and more effective in respect to time and energy.
